OK but not what we reserved on Hotels.com
It was ok. We were disappointed that even though we booked a room with double beds they put us in a handicapped room with a king bed. The front desk said that if we wanted a certain bedroom configuration we would have to book directly with Hyatt. Thankfully, the staff was good and the breakfast was very good.

The furniture needs to be updated. Some of the furniture in our room was in bad shape and the couch in our room looked like it was from a Good Will store. It made me feel like the room was dirty.

The non carpet floors in the room is a plus. Had a long stay here and the cleanliness was good especially outside on the corridors. Quiet place and plenty parking. Was great stay especially for me that I’m business traveler and come to CT often

So disappointed because there's quite a bit of hotels in the area, wish I picked elsewhere. No hot water in the shower, room was very oddly set up, bed was extremely soft and creaky and breakfast closes pretty early. Hot tub was also lackluster. Staff was very friendly however.

Well I like that it only cost me 198$ for 2 nights. If I could get prices like that here every time I come down, I would stay there instead of other places. I come down every month for a couple days but this place is usually out of my budget. Highly recommended place to stay for anyone

I was surprised at how nice this property was for the price point I was paying for my room. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable and I found details like the porcelain coffee mugs in the room and the elevator that smelled nice to be great touches!
