The only thing the give me a room downstairs,the room smells really bad . I'm not happy about it .

Very nice reasonably priced hotel for a peak travel period in Maine. We did not arrive until after dark, when we were greeted by a pleasant and efficient hotel employee who was able to answer all my questions. Spacious and clean room and bathroom.

I like this hotel, the staff is nice and the place is very clean. This time they assigned me a room on the other side of the hotel from the registration desk and the room was on the third floor. When I got to the other side of the hotel, with my luggage, the elevator was out of order. I had to walk all the way back to the registration desk, explained the situation, they apologized and gave me a room on the first floor, back on the other side of the hotel. If the elevator is out of order and the repairman had been there, the front desk should have known, so they wouldn't have assigned people a room that needed to use that elevator. It is a communication issue that needs to be worked on.

Everything was fine with the room - clean and quiet. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the restaurant was closed. There was no breakfast, so I had to go out to get something to eat. They did have have a fridge where you could buy orange juice, soda, candy and snacks. But for a breakfast, you had to leave the hotel.

Only one set of towels in room,was told to come to front desk and get them ourselves. No service I understand covid restrictions but saw sign telling guests. No ice available. Go to store next door and buy your own, not Hilton standards

We arrived at 1am - traveling. When we got to our room and into bed, all we could hear was doors slamming and people fighting. We called front desk and they sent someone up. Wasn’t bad after that.

The bed we had was very very hard didn't sleep the first night they said there's an adjustment on each side of the bed to soften it I adjusted to the most softest to see if that helps with my back it would take another day to get the adjustments just right I'd rather have a regular bed. Plus the use of the pool had good hours but for people that we're going to stay one night which we had two nights they close the pool 3 hours early to work with the chemicals I'm sure it could have waited to the closing of the pool that night. I wasn't totally aware of the cost of breakfast at this particular hotel I thought it had a continental breakfast but it didn't but it was good and pretty reasonable
