Room was very clean and with updated furnishings. Quick and easy check in. Great black out drapes. Beds were comfortable, room temperature was easy to manage. Location felt safe, parking was safe and plenty of food within walking distance. Check out Campfire Coffee a block away.

"The heater/ac unit made a lot of noise. I was not able to leave it on at night because it made a lot of noise. It was cold, but we decided to just keep warm under the blankets rather than hearing that stupid unit."

Damaged elevators, damaged and worn out furniture in the rooms, cigarette burns on furniture, cigarette burns on window seals, holes in carpet, tv from what I would assume was 2005! Lobby smelt like drakkar noir cologne. Tacoma and this hotel are in far worse shape since I last visited in 2016. City looks like a ghost town, 10 years ago is was insanely busy. Found a Hampton inn in a nicer town and had a far better time. I will give the front desk manager I believe it was props for partially refunding me. Don’t waste your time! "
