"I recently stayed at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre and overall had a comfortable experience, but there were a few service issues worth noting. I arrived late for check-in and was informed that the king room I had reserved was no longer available. Instead, I was assigned a room with two full-size beds which was disappointing since I specifically requested a king bed. After getting to my room, I noticed there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign. I went back to the front desk to request one and was told that a team member would bring it to my room and hang it on the door. Unfortunately, that never happened and I was awakened the next morning by housekeeping knocking on my door. On a positive note, the room itself was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. While I appreciated the accommodations, better follow-through on guest requests and honoring room reservations would have made for a much better stay."

"This place is a fast-fashion, dorm-inspired motel, that was unfortunately not constructed well. The flooring through the entire unit was warped and separating. Every other step made a ‘sticky sound’ due to the state of the laminate coming up. The final dealbreaker for us was just how terribly cheap and uncomfortable the mattress was. We ended up canceling the rest of our stay to go somewhere of better quality."

"The air conditioner in the room was not working, needed to go back down to have the front desk change the room. In the Second room needed to move the cable from the table lamp to make it work as it seems the connection was bad. Asked for extra towels and front desk said we needed to give the used ones to receive new ones, never have other hotels ask for this"
