Pool was closed and we weren’t informed. Grand daughter was disappointed and the rest of the family was too. We weren’t given any refund except $50 when we inquired and we booked 3 rooms. Not quite what Embassy use to be. So many kids staying the weekend were so disappointed

The room was absolutely filthy. Every surface was covered in unidentifiable substances, hair and crumb tumbleweeds in every corner. Splatters of liquids and (lets just call them "greasy") handprints everywhere. A solid "yuck".
