It damaged some of my personal items including electronics and I have sent multiple emails and left several messages for the GM and have yet to hear back so unfortunately almost a week later so I will not be staying here again. I know accidents happen and some things are beyond the control of the hotel and can just be bad luck - but the handling of the situation and lack of communication since then to compensate for the damage is just ruining the experience even more."

"I believe you get what you pay for, and calibrate my expectations accordingly. In this case, however, even my low expectations were disappointed. The bed was the best thing, so props for that. But the front desk guy (who was there the evening I checked in and again the next morning at breakfast time), was on his phone always speaking very loudly in a south Asian language, even in the "breakfast" room. Breakfast was sausage links and...hard boiled eggs. Seriously. The room felt like a jail cell and the hallway was dark and dirty."
