The hotel was nice and in a nice area. Room was generally very clean but our room and a friend’s room (so maybe others, too?) had very old, worn chairs. Why would they not update those? Staff were very nice.

Michael at the front desk was awesome!! Very attentive and service oriented. The lock on entry door does not work properly and door needs to be lifted at handle to lock. The safe does not work, batteries probably need to be replaced.

As soon as we walked in the whole place smelled musty. The room had poor lighting, no ports for our phone to charge, terrible heating system (it was very cold in New Jersey), toilet bowl was very slow to flush and the whole place needed a massive upgrade. One day we left the room a little later than we had been and they never came to clean it. Overall the staff was not very accommodating or nice. We will not be staying at that hotel ever again!

My stay went very smoothly. The room was spotless and provided all the necessities. I appreciated the big comfortable chair, which is often missing from hotel rooms. This gave me a place to sit other than on the bed or desk/table chair. Although I didn’t eat them, there were some delicious looking baked goods at breakfast! All staff were friendly and helpful.
