Very satisfied with the checking-out process. The room was very clean and huge. The bathroom was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion. I would definitely go back again, if given the opportunity.

The shower handle was stuck shut. No water would come out of the faucet and you could not use the shower. The paint along one wall had a thick long scratch making it look like a Motel 6.

The front desk staff really wasn’t very friendly at all. Not at check in and not any other interaction I had with them. They did not go above and beyond and seemed bothered or just doing their job. The hotel is beautiful, in a way, but mostly dated. The beds were very clean but the hallways had cobwebs and spiders. They pool wasn’t that clean. They floor seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and the level of chlorine was terrible. One housekeeper was the nicest staff person who held the door for me and greeted me a few times and wished me well. The pool staff was ok. Generally speaking, I would stay here again but it would be out of convenience and because the beds were clean. The carpets seem like they haven’t been changed in years.

Been coming to this hotel for about 10 years for my daughter’s birthday and every year it ages worse than the year before. The hotel is in need of some work or at least repairing the peeling paint. The entire shower area was quiet gross this year and the stains all of the carpet were extremely unappealing.
