Everything was great including the breakfast. The only problems were that the water in the tub and sinks came out rusty. We had to run everything for a few minutes and then it cleared up. Also the trash should have been emptied at least once during our 4 day stay, but it wasn't.

This is my 3rd year staying at this hotel during the last week of November and it’s been okay. The waffle station was not operable for both days of this stay and I do not eat much of the other stuff. They had hot water issues for the first 20 hours of my stay 😩 but they did try to fix it as fast as possible.

I stay here every year when I come up for a conference and I love the size of the rooms and the kitchenette is perfect. Full sized fridge. Great if you are staying for multiple days and want to stay in and bring make your own food. I only gave it 4 stars because the bedding had hair and a stain on it, but the person who came up apologized profusely and quickly rep[laced my bedding. I have never experienced that before and have stayed there 4 times so I do not think it is the norm. The front desk is always available, helpful and kind.
