The breakfast was ok but too repetitive and nothings new.. staff was nice ..the place is outdated but ok... plus my wife foot is damaged and we had to walk so far to get to the room due too only one elevator working. What can you do for us om our next stay at any embassy suite in any location .. plus it stated free parking and when we arrived we had to pay for parking...this was one of our worst stay at embassy and that the long hotel we stay at once we traveling any where ...

The staff was great with helping us get checked in (we had a super late arrival because of a late flight, and they were accomodating with getting us checked in ahead of time). But the ROOM. Oof. It was not well-cleaned - hairs in the bathtub and there were multiple moths flying around the room (??) Just felt dingey and overall just icky.

The overall front desk staff appear a little overwhelmed. Slightly accommodating while maintaining professionalism. The food in the restaurant coukd be better. The menu listed items that were not available. The elevator doors inside were filthy. All it takes is a wipe down. The hotel needs some upgrades. The furniture in the room was chipped and old looking. The breakfast was marginal. This place overall needs to up its game.

I checked out this morning. The staff was amazing. Big shout out to Harry and the housekeeping staff. Always a smile and asking if there is anything they could do. Room was clean, quiet and great for my 2 week stay. Breakfast was awesome! The ladies working the omelet station should open a restaurant. Only downside. They give you 1 drink for happy hour. And a big sign about a NJ law where you can only have 1 drink The Only Beer was Miller lite and bartenders never seemed interested. Not sure why that bothers me as I don’t really drink. Just an observation. Will stay again!
