The worst customer service ever seen. I booked 2 days and i checked out after a night as early as 9am but i was charged for 2days with a big lie that i checked out after two day at 1pm. These people are fraud and set up, they could get someone in trouble with the law of their lie. I will never book their suites and will never encourage anyone to either.

Breakfast Friday after Thanksgiving stopped at 9am. Therefore it was very, very crowded. Lines were very long. I settled for rice krispies!!

I enjoyed my stay. It was my first visit at Embassy Suites. Didn't know it was so big and the layout is difficult than the Hampton Inn.
