Beyond disappointed in this hotel stay. We were in room 1406. The bed almost felt broken and verbalized it’s pain whenever we moved on it. We rolled to each other on the mattress. ( bed closest to window) I also noticed the one picture frame had tape Stuck to it. Like someone hung decorations. Doesn’t give me Much confidence the room was properly cleaned. Over all the hotel needs some painting and updates. It felt dirty. Main lobby needed to be swept and the lob chairs the pleather was torn. The only ray of sunshine was the women working the breakfast area. Polite, friendly and accommodating to all the guests.

Front desk should always mention when giving directions that it is in BACK of Hilton. Read this info on comments from past visitors. Our complaints were coffee was not provided in lobby area. Sign up stating,"so soree, coffee no workee." Room and rest of amenities were excellent except bathroom. Peeling paint and mold.

This hotel is awesome, we stay here on purpose while traveling from Vermont. You will never be disappointed. Staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.
