Easy parking, good neighborhood. Breakfast is excellent. The reason for the 3 stars is that the bathroom only has a tiny sink which has no vanity drawers or counter top to lay your toiletries on so we lay down our toiletries on the bathroom floor. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the bad odors linger there for a long time.

Basic hotel

The guest service attendants were very pleasant. And the hotel smoked clean and fresh. We weren’t expecting renovations and there was no indication of that incidence at time of booking. One of 2 elevators worked and the one working also needed maintenance. The breakfast was nice and refreshed consistently, the suite was clean but the shower ceiling was outdated, crudely painted and the shower head needed to be changed. Overall it was decent for the value

I just checked my bank account and I was charged twice for the Friday night’s accommodation 9/12/25. My friend Wayne Nock paid the bill and expedia charged my credit card on file . I originally booked one hotel room using Expedia for 9/14/25. One week later I added Friday 9/12/25. The hotel manager said the room was not paid for And my friend paid the room using his debit card. I just checked my bank account and discovered the room was paid for twice via Expedia. Please refund the overage ,

Hotel had construction throughout. Only one elevator working & in poor/unsafe condition, and house keeping using same “passenger” elevator led to even longer waiting. Hotel interior/exterior and room were very dirty and bad smells throughout and room barely stocked, coffee maker was disgusting, not even a whole roll of toilet paper! The mattresses were horrible, worst I’ve ever experienced. Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the entire experience and brand.

Great rooms, not great bathroom

What went well: the person who checked us into the front desk was amazing and polite and attentive and excellent. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and we have a really tall ceiling, which was lovely and the beds were comfortable. What wasn't great: the bathroom in our particular room look like it was mid renovation and that wasn't acknowledged at all either with a sign or with information to check in. The shower was passibly clean, there were tiles missing, the water pressure in sink toilet and tub was erratic and weird with pipes making insane noises. The bathroom wall ceiling and toilet had damage and holes. The room was great but the bathroom was pretty terrible. Maybe ours was just an in progress room? A small "excuse our mess, we're renovating" sign would have gone a long way. (Not faulting anyone doing the work because it was clear work was being done all over the property, but thinking as a manager that might be a nice way to convey to your guests that they didn't just get a faulty room.)

We just needed a place to stop and sleep on a trip after driving 13 hours for the day. We didn’t want to spend a lot which was why we picked this place. Wish we would have spent 20 more and gotten a nicer place. Had stayed at many Fairfield Inns and bee pleased. They have always been updated and clean. This place was not. It is currently under construction. The front desk was nice and checked us in quickly. The state of the place is rough. Low popcorn ceilings everywhere. The room was hot and in poor condition. Old furniture and smelled. The bathroom was not clean and shower hardly worked. Both sink and shower drains were clogged and drained very slow.
