Upon arrival, we found that the pool was closed. The first representative that we spoke to told us it was because they haven’t had the chance to get it inspected yet since the pandemic but once his supervisor came to the front, she stated it was just because of the pandemic. Seemed like an excuse to us, as I have stayed in several hotels in the past year and every pool was open. The included breakfast that was to be served was only grab and go, muffins, etc. When booking this reservation on Travelocity, we did note the travel restrictions, etc, but nowhere does it specifically say that the pool is closed and breakfast is grab and go. The notes assumption was that they were taking extra safety measures such as cleaning, which we appreciate.They certainly did not drop their prices in response to less amenities. We brought our kids on this mini vacation so they could hang out, swim in the pool and enjoy breakfast together. We got to our connecting rooms and found 1 to be almost twice the size of the other, both 2 queen beds. One room you could barely walk around the beds and the other with a huge amount of space. We looked back at the reservation and found that one room was booked as handicap so we assumed that was the larger room, but then we saw the standard bathtub. In the smaller room, there was very visible stains on the window curtain (#226) and that dropped the cleanliness of the room way down, along with the dated carpets in both rooms. We left….

We stayed there 3 nights. The property was nice and clean. The room and bathroom was not cleaned during our stay. It was a bit odd as there was always room/bathroom cleaning when we stayed in other hotels during our trips in the past. I am not sure if no room cleaning during guest stay was due to covid. So, if you ran out of clean towel, you need to talk to front desk. The other issue was Wi-Fi was not working in our room. I called the helpdesk, the tech support said that front desk needs to report this. When I asked the front desk attendant, he said that he already spoke and Wi-Fi should be back in 45 min. It didn't. In the morning, when i asked the front desk person, she said that there was no issue with Wi-Fi. Long story short, no one took any interest resolving my issue, and during our stay, there was no Wi-Fi in our room.

When booked, pool was advertised, continental breakfast,too. None were open/available.Maid service non exsistant , water leak in hallway with bucket . Only plus was employee Erica, front desk, who answered my questions and concerns. With all the choices in that area was very, disappointed overall.
