Decent place but with 3 ethnic wedding parties competing for who can play the loudest music around the pool at all hours it was an unpleasant experience staying in a poolside room. Toilet was broken upon arrival but fixed. Ants were everywhere - desk, bed etc. Rug was not cleaned as evidinced by crumbs and nail clippings on the floor. A/C did not do an adequate job. Prices in the "store" are rivaled only by Ruth Chris Steakhouse.

They are now charging their guests for parking in their parking lot which I think is outrageous and despicable. We're already paying for our room why add additional charges when one of the reasons people stay there is because of the lower cost for rooms. Very disappointed.

We were charged $300 as a smoking fee. We were told that there was an alarm for nicotine detection. My children don't smoke. I checked the reviews and many people are complaining that this happened to them and it's their children's room with the alarm. To make matters worse, the hotel has not followed up with any of them.

we arrived at our hotel very late at night after a long drive, and our AC and Fridge weren’t functioning. it was already too late and we were too exhausted to get back downstairs to change our room so we slept in the room. it was not very pleasant but the room and hotel was very beautiful and clean.

Expedia site says 3pm check in. Got the and they said room was not ready. Check in is actually 4. Then the hotel says outdoor pool opens at 7am. Which it actually opens at 10am. Other than that was nice.

2/10 Terrible

We arrived later in the evening. The staff member was pretty scattered. He was the only person at the front desk. He made check in stressful. We got to the room the temperature was around 75. thought it was due to no one being in the room and they keep the room at a higher temp. The next morning the temperature was 83 we called the front desk no answer. We had things to do that day so said we would address it when we returned. That night we we returned the temp in the room was still 83 we called the front desk again no answer. We turned the system off to try and reset it while we went to dinner downstairs. Told the guy working the front desk there was an issue with our a/c. He said he would send someone up. We got back to our room after midnight unit was still off. Turned it back on temp was now 84 per thermostat. I called the front desk several no answer. Next morning the thermostat still read 83. We took the keys to the front desk and told the lady what happened and she said sorry I'll have someone look at it.
