The mattresses are horrible but the overnight clerk or manager was nice enough to make some accommodations for us. The mattresses not being properly maintained is def a bummer. Pillows should be upgraded. Vending machines and arm should be upgraded and a larger variety of drinks should be available ...

Room was nice and clean and quiet. Staff were helpful especially Cyril at the front desk. He resolved an issue after we called housekeeping 3 times to request extra pillows. Great location!
