Negative: -Navigating between floors is very tricky. It took 2 elevators to get from the lobby to a first floor room. -There was noise all night long. -the pillows were uncomfortable. Positive: - it was very clean. -the bed was comfortable.

The lobbies were trashed. My girls felt threatened by other guest who i can only assume were section 8 housing and the noise all night from activities not suitable for children to witness or hear. The hotel claimed 100% smoke free and every elevator/stairwell reeked of weed. NEVER AGAIN

The toilet flush did not work properly and after flushing the toilet water continued to run and in order to stop it, I had to put my hand in the back and close the flap. I would have requested another room, but I was ill and instead went to sleep to feel better. Also, the stopper for the shower was not in the shower. Basically, the bathroom was a mess and when I called to ask for some kind of compensation for being given a room with a running toilet, La Crista, the mgr. told me I should have let someone know. When I explained I was ill, she said there's nothing she can do. To me this is very poor customer service, the room should have been maintained and not given to me in the first place and it seems that my discomfort at a running toilet bowl is not a problem for them.

the room was clean but it stunk and the room had an odor. The microwave smelled like fish and was it cleaned good . to kill the smell. The room had an unfamiliar odor, not clean smell.

The room was nice and clean but we can hear the people next door to us. I gave it a 2 star rating because when we arrived people were at the back entrance smoking weed, which was disappointing because that is supposed to be a smoke free area and my kids had to walk into that smell which carried into the first floor of the building. And it was only 8:55 PM.

Check-in was easy.. We were met with a lovely greeting from LaCrisya.. She was always had a very friendly approach. I requested connecting rooms on top floor. Our request was met. The room was clean and tidy but could do with an update. The heater was effective. Unfortunately the water in the shower was lukewarm most days. The property is non smoking but unfortunately we had smoke smells coming through the vent which affected my throat.. I asked to move but unfortunately no connecting rooms were available. Housekeeping was OK. Hotel is in good location but you will need a vehicle. Breakfast was OK but they had bacon and the patties all contained pork. Would be good to have vegetarian sausage option and also vegan option

We my mom and I were give 2 adjoining rooms on the first floor for 150 per night. There was loud music and people yelling at kids. One boy was in the hallway that looked very scared and afraid to speak. My mom went to take a bath to relax. In the bath brown liquid came out of the faucet twice. She got out immediately and called the front desk. They moved us to the third floor after that. Someone had the tv super loud until late at night. I feel this was not a pleasant stay at all and way overpriced. Possibly a health hazard and would not recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. Breakfast is mediocre as well.
