When we checked in front desk person wasn't accomidating at all. We travel with more people and ask rooms be closed by however he told us no without any explanation. Also we had wrong info about breakfast. Breakfast wasnt very good either. Staff was rude and not responsive. Over all not very pleasant stay for few nights and $500. Will never stay there again.

Hotel was mostly clean and room was nice. The main problem we had with this hotel was the strong smell of marijuana coming into our room late that evening and also the guests next door to us had a small dog (NOT a service animal) that barked ALL NIGHT. The website clearly states this is a smoke free and pet free hotel (with the exception of service animals), but did not implement this rule. The dog kept us up most of the night and also kept waking up my 1 year old with the barking. This was extremely frustrating and made our stay not very pleasant. Overall left this hotel feeling very frustrated for the price we paid for our stay

My only concern was that I left my pillow there after checking out. I called when I realized I forgot it. I was told the room cleaner said it wasn’t there. I asked if I could return and check myself and was told yes. When I got there and checked the room it was in fact there

Good Overall

Much better check-in this time! Food was a little cold in the morning at 6:55 am but improved overall. The bathroom door had to be slammed to get it to shut which is not good in the middle of the night (room 321). Otherwise, all was fine.
