While the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was slightly run down and the furnishings showed signs of wear and tear. The rooms were very clean. There is a construction site across the street that is loud and brightly lit 24 hours a day, making sleeping in a little difficult. Overall, it was satisfactory but definitely not 5 stars.

Nice hotel and great location - close to a lot of things. Siham and Keenan at the front desk helped us with an early check-in free of charge and the staff was very helpful overall! We enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back.

Only had stayed for 3 days, but the staff were very nice and helpful when asked questions about their facilities. The area was also very nice since you are close to everything within Times Square, so a lot of things are in walking distance.

The room was clean and the price was good even though it is located at the walking distance from the Times Square. The building is old but its well kept. If you are visiting the city and not plan on spending too much time at the hotel, its a fair choice.
