Couldn’t check in for hours. Manager rude, unreasonable, and dismissive. First floor flooded. It was an absolute circus. Laundry machines broken so no clean sheets/towels. No accommodations made. Didn’t get to check in til 7pm at night. The most unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with.
