check in checkout process was very simple. However, it was very upsetting how expensive coffee and the gift shop was eight dollars for a Jimmy Dean sandwich is absolutely outrageous for what you pay. There is truly no customer appreciation or Value in there.

My room did not have a working coffee machine. The toilet wasn’t working properly and I had to go get plastic utensils to eat with because none was in the room. I text and informed the staff about this they said they would fix the issues and never did. My code did t work for the pool areas as well
