"The front desk rep (Cecillia) was outstanding. We arrived 4 hours before chech in. We prepared to sit and wait when I mentioned my husband had just finished medical attention. Without being asked she worked her magic and we got a room immediately. We were flying home the next day and with a 11:00 checkout time we would have been waiting 10 hours at the airport but Cecillia let us remain in the room until 6 pm for a reasonable fee so we arrived at the airport just in time to make our flight which meant my husband coukd remain in bed.
Yes the hotel and furniture are beyond tired (but clean) and yes the freeway noise is definitely there but Cecillia excelled in kindness. Thank you Cecillia."
