"Waited for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel for an hour. Had to take an Uber to the hotel $15.00 2 miles away. When I arrived there was a shuttle bus sitting there not running with no driver. We went through 5 cycles of other hotel chains shuttles. Late for my meetings. Not good!"
