7/10 Good! (210 reviews)

"I liked the location of the property. The property was very cozy and compact. There was a layer of dust in our room (i think maybe it wasn't rented often). A tip to clean the rooms, when they are some days unvacated."

Kimpton St Honore Paris by IHG

"Overall we had a really good stay at The Kimpton. Unfortunately our first impression was not great (and you only get one chance to make a first impression!). We arranged a hotel car to collect us from the airport. Usually, in other hotels elsewhere, we find that the hotel is expecting our arrival as the driver calls ahead and gives them an ETA. We think this happened, although we don't speak French and so we're not sure. We arrived, there was no doorman and no luggage porter anywhere near the front door. The driver unloaded our bags and left them on the pavement, making no attempt to assist us into the lobby. We struggled in to the hotel with our multiple cases and, although greeted with warm 'hello's' no one actually came to help. This may sound a bit silly, and entitled, and yet by the time we got to the front desk we were a bit deflated. I only really mention this because the rest of our interaction with the staff, be it reception, concierge, housekeeping or restaurant, was great and so this is really a bit of constructive feedback for the management to see whether the 'first impression' can be improved. As I said, we were really happy with our stay after that. It's a lovely comfortable hotel and we'd recommend it to others and stay there again."

Hôtel Le 123 Sébastopol - Astotel

"Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful. I arrived at 8am and of course my room wasn’t ready. As soon as it was they let me check in and in the meantime offered me free breakfast at their buffet ( had lots of choices). Tea, coffee, water, soft drinks are available all the time. My bed was very comfortable and bathroom all renovated. Two metro stations within 5 min walk. A MONOPRIX with groceries and cooked foods is nearby (microwave in dining room). Lots of dining places nearby too. Tourist sights are half hour walk in 3 directions - Opera, Galerie Lafayette; Marais, Picasso museum, place de Vosges ; Les Halle, Notre Dame, St Chapelle. WiFi works well, room cleaned everyday with mini fridge replenished."

"The staff at the hotel were amazing. Very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was pretty good, but you can get better coffee elsewhere at the countless bistros nearby. It's in a great neighborhood. But the rooms are very small. That's why I gave it a 4. But there's nothing wrong with the hotel and I'd stay there again."
