"Staff were very friendly and helpful for us as English speakers. The hotel has very cute vibes, and the location was perfect. Within walking distance to the RER train line, Eiffel Tower, and lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. The room itself is quite small and outdated (I think they're currently renovating, though). The outlet in the bathroom didn't work unless you held the cord in place simultaneously while using it, and no shampoo or conditioner was provided. Overall very nice and convenient place to stay!"

"The hotel itself was very nice. Rooms nice size for downtown Paris. Centrally located to Eiffel Tower and quant bakeries and cafes. Safe is helpful. But when they say the breakfast will open at 7 it means sometime after seven. But they will accommodate if you need something at 7. We also had an issue the day we stayed with the hot water. They didn’t get it repaired the morning we were checking out until we were leaving for the airport. But they were trying everything to get it fixed on a sunday morning before 7:30 am with a city with its roads shut down for a race."

"I solo-traveled to Paris and this hotel was perfect! The room had all the necessities I needed to make the stay comfortable and the hotel staff were all super kind and helpful. Would definitely comeback to this hotel again when i’m back in Paris. Bonus points for the free macaroons!"
