Lovely hotel, very clean. Delicious breakfast and good bar and cocktail bar. Particular mention to Véronique who went over and above to address a slight check in issue. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Had to change arrival date by one day due to the US war with Iran. Hotel refused to cancel the night and made me pay full rate. This was the week ahead and not last minute. Would have expected some understanding.

From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, we were made to feel welcome. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The beds are comfortable, and there is a pillow menu. The hot tub was such a wonderful amenity after walking Paris streets.
