"I had a really pleasant stay overall, made even better by Lucas, who was incredibly helpful. His customer service stood out. He was friendly, welcoming, and very informative, which made a big difference during our visit. The location is nice, with a great bakery and breakfast spot nearby, which was perfect for starting the day. We also opted for the breakfast buffet one day and that was also great! While the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, it’s well connected by public transport. We were able to easily visit places like the Eiffel Tower, the Palace of Versailles, and Disneyland Paris. Just keep in mind that it can take around an hour to reach most points of interest, though I personally didn’t mind the commute. The bathroom was very clean, which I really appreciated. The only small downside was that the shower-tub is quite high, so getting in and out can be a bit awkward and maybe not super accessible for some. Overall, a solid choice if you don’t mind being slightly outside the main tourist areas and are happy to rely on public transport."

"The hotel was in a convenient location. Very close to a metro station so catching the train was easy to get around the city. I had a single room, which was very small, but I didn't mind as I was traveling solo. The room and bathroom were clean. The window in my room was tinted so I unfortunately could not see outside. Staff were nice. Beware the WiFi at the hotel did not work during my whole stay. I was told it would be fixed but that never happened. I also had limited access to cell service in my room. I had to go outside to get service to contact my family. Lastly, the hotel does not allow you to control the temperature in your room. There is one set temperature for the hotel. My room got pretty warm and I was unable to turn on cool."

"Even if you choose to pay at the property and pay extra for it, they still charge you 3 days before because god forbade you from showing up, and even if you are an Expedia Platinum member, thats there policy ? Then remove the pay at property option, and when you ask them about it they say it's our policy and cancel your reservation, and offcourse its 3 days before your trip, and you already have plans, so you have no option but to go to the property and pay, also the room does not have a mini fredgie so if you have to put any midicene you have to put it at the reception. If this is a 4-star property, then I am the king of England. The only saving grace to this " Hotel" is the location, that's it. I recommend any other hotel other than this one; this is just a glorified motel, not more, certainly not worth the money "
