This time was a little better than my last visit, so it met my needs very well. There was a big party just finishing in the breakfast area when I was there at 9am - so there were no clean knives or teaspoons available, and some food supplies were low. worth monitoring? All staff were friendly.

Love this hotel! Staff are unbelievably helpful, the lady on reception was particularly awesome. Room is comfortable and a great size (Paris rooms are always small), immaculately clean and well appointed. Shower is large with great pressure. Only thing I’d suggest was bigger towels! This is my sixth or seventh time staying here as it’s brilliant value and a great location. THANKS!

the staff were friendly and the facilities were spotless. Our room was awesome BUT... the fridge didn't work and even though we asked twice it was never fixed so we couldn't keep food in the room. otherwise we loved the place. Delta lost my luggage. The wonderful lady at the front desk was so kind and gave excellent directions to shopping to buy a few clothes.
