Great location, but very pricey for what you get. Nice but small room, the same bath products in my previous much cheaper hotel. BUT my sixth floor room had porthole windows you could actually open – and see the Eiffel Tower! Worth it with a discount over listed rates.

Hotel Royal Saint Michel had a very friendly front desk staff and made us feel right at home. The room had a comfortable bed and linens. This location made it super easy to be at all the Paris highlights with a very short walk.

Very comfortable room in a great section of the city. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and right next to the Seine and Norte Dame. Hotel staff was great, extremely helpful, and even treated us to a bottle of champagne upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very conveniently located by the Metro and RER B and RER C. A 2 minute walk. We walked everywhere from the hotel- great mustering point. A mere 5 minutes from the Notre Dame and then go go from there. All the staff are warm and helpful but a special mention to Denis who went above and beyond in ensuring our mother-daughter trip was special. Breakfast is lovely with a good selection of options for everyone.

Nice place in a great location. The staff were very kind and helpful. Metro on the corner, easy to get to CDG airport. Notre Dame 2 blocks away. Our room was super quiet even with traffic down below. Nice happy hour. I would stay again next time in Paris.

The reception staff was helpful and resourceful. The air conditioning unit wasn’t working and a new room was given. I was satisfied with the changes. The housekeeping team kept the place clean. The management also offer refreshments to their tired travellers.

The property is very dated when comparing it against standard hotels in the United States. Example would be to expect a Best Western not a Hilton Embassy. The staff, especially Dennis is absolutely wonderful and will do anything to make your stay amazing. Location is the best if you want to experience great crowds and exciting nightlife. Located by the hop on hop off bus, boat, train or just Uber.

From the beginning of our trip until the end, Denis on reception was so very helpful and an asset to the hotel. Upon arrival he organised prosecco, chocolates and balloons in our room as we were celebrating my daughter’s graduation. Nothing was too much trouble for him, giving advice and booking tables at restaurants for us. Really lovely man who spoke great English too.
