Convenient to downtown, Comfortable beds, awesome water pressure in the bathroom.

The bar was ok but they laid about the bar in the pool area was close all my stay there

From not allowing us to pay with my sisters credit card because her name wasn’t on the reservation, to taking a $200 deposit that they said could take 7-10 days to refund, to falsely picturing a brew-style ...

We had an amazing time! I reserved several rooms for a conference and we had a great stay. Sarah was my life saver and helped me with several hiccups I had. Thank you Sarah, and staff!! As for the design of the rooms-full length mirror placement… well played.

Great property

The room was extremely old and run down. The shower curtain was ripped and full of holes. I could see through the bath towel it was so thin.

Parking was easy. Rooms were clean. Bathroom towels scratchy. I love my name on the tv screen 📺 ❗️

This hotel is beautiful. Great location in downtown San Antonio. Close to the Riverwalk.

Everything was amazing and fun. 10/10 will be coming back.

We love this hotel and I lovehotels.com However this experience was not pleasant on the part of the hotel Hotels.com did great but upon check-in at this time was very unpleasant it took us 45 minutes to check in because of a mistake of an employee The employee made a mistake and prolonged the check ...

Right off the River walk and walking distance to many attractions downtown. Very nice hotel and great location.

The front desk staff made our trip so great. They even surprised my daughter with a birthday treat and she felt so loved. Above and beyond! We will be back!

The room was super and the bedding was very comfortable, the staff was very helpful , the breakfast was very good. I will be returning on my next trip to San Antonio

Hands down a great luxury hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Everyone that you talk to is determined to make your stay as perfect as possible. The room was in perfect condition. Comfortable enough to let our 1 year old walk around. We will definitely be returning.
