Overall nice property however extremely busy. We just happened to arrive on what appeared to have been an extremely busy weekend. The pool and hot tub were very crowded so we chose not to enjoy those amenities. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff was friendly.

Could not sleep due to ongoing noise above us; vacuum going,thumping and dropping things and constant creaking; had to wear earplugs which did not help; told front desk twice and they didn't do anything. Breakfast was 1/2 hour late. The worst coffee ever; just coloured water; asked for other coffee, and it was the same! Complained about it and were told that was a standard amount of coffee; what a joke. Never go to this place. On top of that, we were overcharged. Never go to this place"
