We are sorry about your recent stay. After the night Manager received the complaint, he checked the area before he spoke to you. The neighbors on each side of you and the neighbors above you were quite. Their lights were out. Your lights were on and there was noise coming from your room. When he knocked on your door you cursed at him and blamed the neighbors. You did not agree to keep it down until the cops came. By that time, it was too late. We received multiple complaints.
