Family snow days

The room was exceptionally clean, it was a handicap accessible room, perfect. The swim center could've been a little warmer, but the water temperatures were good. The pool attendee was a wonderful woman, hard working

This was our families 5th Holiday trip to Splash Harbor. When you have younger children, the "water park" is big enough for them to have fun and a little freedom, but still small enough that you can keep your eye on them at all times. Hotel itself is very clean. Staff has always been wonderful. Pool hours are great 8am-10pm accommodates 4pm check-in and 11pm check-out. We have requested the connecting rooms each stay and been fortunate enough to get them. For some reason a 12, 8, 6, 4 and 2 year old had just as much fun running through the doors. Will continue to be a yearly trip until it is outgrown.

Fun place with great indoor pool for kids!

We book this hotel for the indoor pool and the relaxed atmosphere for a fun New Years Eve trip with kids. They love it, they have a blast, and the staff is great. The only downside is the people who book the same time and complain about noise…it is a kid friendly hotel…on NYE….so do not expect a quiet retreat. We had numerous calls from the front desk, thinking it was our room and it was not. There was a ton of kids in the hallway and surrounding rooms and after the 2nd call, I had to laugh because my boys were in bed. And I would prefer the kids to have fun and make those memories in the hotel with family so not sure why people complain in the first place so I loved hearing the noise and all the kids enjoying their trip!

We had a great stay. The splash harbor was a wonderful activity for a stop during a long road trip. The kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. The water was warm and the pool was only up to 4’ so the kiddos could play independently. The staff was very sweet and the room was just the right size for our family of 4. We plan to return for sure.

Worst Stay Ever

Check was horrible we drove 2 hours check in is at 4 we got there at 430 room wasn’t ready.. Staff were rude about as well it was raining hard and I had kids we needed our room and when I complained it was almost made as if it wears my fault no accommodation except access to the pool which we get anyway we paid for a room! They more concerned about the payment then my comfort says 5 ppl max to a room but charge $10 for a 5th wristband and it doesn’t say that on their website when I called no one told me about the additional $10 the rooms are old looking out door panel wood was broken like someone kicked the door in hair in our tub stained blood on the bottom half of the fitted sheet rude dirty carpets uncomfortable beds . Pool area not enough staff watching kids in the adult hot tub kids taking over the slide blocking other kids from sliding down dirty bathrooms in the pool area
