The staff at this property are not helpful or reliable. I arrived for a check in at 1:30 AM after having booked in April for a July trip. The staff was not present at the desk and when someone did show up he was curt and rude complaining about the motels management. I was informed that my room was not available as no one had cleaned it. I stood there for an hour watching this man tell me about how he should have been manager and how this wouldn’t have happened if he was in charge while talking poorly about the rest of the staff. We finally got a room in a nearby hotel and told to come back in the morning and the room would be ready. It wasn’t ready until 11 AM the next day. I had to not only wait an hour to check in after arriving while listening to the diatribe of someone’s life and hearing many disparaging comments but I also had to move rooms which was incredibly inconvenient during a 2 night stay. I will not be returning and encourage others to find better lodging than this.

It said completely renovated, but honestly it doesn’t say when the renovation was done. It might be several years! Condition of the room was not great, rust, crumbles and dirt were among the amenities. Worst is the population that seems to set foot there. Semi homeless people, loud music outside the room (with their cars) after 11pm… never again!

Great little place to stay for Mid-Ohio Speedway
Pleasantly surprised! We decided fairly last minute to go to the Mid-Ohio Honda 200. I was a bit worried about a Motel 6 but went with it. VERY PLEASED I did. Renovated rooms were super nice, staff was friendly, place was well taken care of and super clean. If we come back to Mid-Ohio next year we will definitely stay here again!!

Not sure why the ratings are so high. This place is a solid ok. Nothing more. A bit dirty with hair in the drain and some dirt around the baseboards. No coffee maker. No shampoo. Air conditioner blasts out into the room or is off. Shower is very nice.

checked in , went to room only to find somebody else in it with a cat . desk was unaware of anybody to be in that room. we left and went to another hotel... Hotels.com should be check these places. I didn't expect much only a place to stay.
