Gran cabaña de troncos en 12 acres privados con estanque de pesca cerca del parque estatal Mohican

Escondido en 12 acres en el corazón de Mohican Country, esta hermosa casa de troncos es la escapada perfecta para aquellos que buscan relajarse en el país y visitar Mohican Park, Malabar Farm, Amish Country o Snow Trails Ski Resort. Con 12 acres, encontrará paz y tranquilidad, así como mucho espacio para correr. El gran estanque de stock ofrece un bote a pedal, así como una fácil pesca sin licencia requerida. La cabina en sí tiene más de 2000 pies cuadrados de área habitable terminada (sin contar un sótano sin terminar) con 5 habitaciones privadas con camas queen, 3 baños, una gran sala con una magnífica chimenea de piedra de piso a techo y un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 " Cocina equipada, comedor, área de loft y sala de juegos en el sótano con mesa de billar y bar. Hay dos sofás en la sala de estar. Hay un sofá cama con nido en el desván (contamos como el sexto dormitorio). Una cama queen y una cama litera doble sobre dos camas individuales también se encuentran en el dormitorio del sótano. Hay una mesa de billar y un bar también en el sótano. El porche delantero de 40 pies tiene columpios y balancines y ofrece hermosas vistas de la propiedad, el estanque y las colinas del país. ¿Busca un lugar excelente para una boda al aire libre, una reunión familiar u otra fiesta? El albergue ofrece acres de área verde alrededor del estanque que es perfecto para carpas y mesas. Además, el camino de entrada largo con una vuelta y un campo de heno permite mucho espacio de estacionamiento. Hay wifi disponible y también hay un generador en caso de cortes de energía. Lo mejor de todo es que la cabaña se encuentra a 10 millas de Malabar Farm, Mohican State Park, libreas locales de canoa, Prairie Peddler y Pleasant Hill Lake.

Cabin stay was absolutely magical. The land itself was peaceful and amazing. Everything was provided in the kitchen for cooking, even had a grill! The pool table was a hit among friends who love to play.

The cabin was amazing. Plenty of room, and the kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit and the grill, and the outdoor patio were great. The stocked pond was where we spent a ton of time! We loved catching the bluegill and the bass! The homemade cookies and muffins were a pleasant surprise and tasted delicious! The owners are top notch hosts!

Very nice, our family had a great time. We especially enjoyed fishing and peddle boating. Hanging around the fire seeing all the stars in the sky was an added bonus. The house had everything we needed, we plan to make this a yearly trip.

I had rented the cabin for an early Xmas present for my adult children and grandbabies. We absolutely loved the property and all the amenities. We got some great family time together and made some wonderful memories. Cabin was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The kids loved the pond to fish and grandkids loved the paddle boat. We loved the fire pit and loved making s'more's & cooking out on the patio. Basement was an awesome hang out and kids loved playing pool! My daughter had brought her dog and she absolutely loved running around the property with the grandkids. This cabin was larger and more room than we could have imagined. Absolutely had the best time

We absolutely loved this property. It had everything we wanted and needed to make the weekend relaxing. The host was very communicative and friendly and their daughter even made us cookies upon our arrival. Great hosts and great property. Would highly recommend and I will.

Our host was very responsive to questions and requests that we made. As for the fishing, I can’t say that I caught a lot of bass, but I did catch one that was 3 pounds, 18 inches using a spinner bait. The home was very comfortable for all of us. We would gladly return for another stay at this great property.

Beautiful cabin near Mohican

This large cabin has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and be comfortable! The living room is so cozy and the kitchen is well appointed. Everyone in our group enjoyed the pond, from fishing, to canoeing and paddle boating. The basement is a nice spot to hang out. It’s a close drive to Mohican State Park and downtown Loudenville. We had a great time!

Relaxing private cabin

The cabin is extremely private. With tree cover no Nahbor houses can be seen . It feels like you are on the wild frontier but just minutes from town . The landscape is nicely kept . The pond has plenty of blue gill and bass to watch swim. Canadian geese and ducks land in it with the sun rise . The deck faces east and sun rise is a major bonus to property. Martin nests nearby make mosquito population almost non existent. Rabbits , humming birds and wild life all share the joy of the property with you and are fun to watch. Stove is commercial grade for entertaining guests. All beds in cabin are decent quality mattress . Basement is a nice cool hangout area with pool table , tv and couches . Patio with fireplace is very cozy and functional space . Can’t wait to come back .

Beautiful Scenic Cabin with Family Friendly Fun!

The Cabin is spacious and well stocked, as is the pond! Bonfires and s’mores, bass and sunfish, pool table and games, the fun never ends! With the ability to bring our dogs, it opens up a chance for everyone to come visit! The owner and his family are wonderful to work with and even offer goodies, which are delicious and well priced!

A Quiet Piece Of Heaven

The seclusion of this location was what sold us.This was the perfect place to get away for our family. The weather did not cooperate for us to enjoy the fish however that didn’t stop the kids from bundling up and hanging out on the paddle boat for hours. We lost track of time sitting on the porch just laughing and talking. The fire pit area was so nice. There was no shortage of blankets to wrap up in. Our only “issue” when traveling with our parents was the fact there was no bathroom on the top floor, however we all got in our exercise. The cabin was stocked with everything our kids needed to play with! Great memories were made which made for a great trip.

Peaceful 2 nights

We had a great stay, the property was beautitul and the house was cozy. Tried checking in early but was never really given a straight answer. 4pm check in is quite late in my opinion. We caught bass in the pond andnenjoyed some fresh air, Mohican State Forest was nearby and Loudonville was fun to explore. Overall, the house was way too big for our family of five but we would definitely come back with more family this summer. Thanks for the quick trip!

Friends weekend

We had a great weekend at Babble Brook! A very spacious cabin, each family took a floor! We were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was and the kids enjoyed the many toys available and running around on the beautiful lot. The *only* downside is how squeaky the floorboards are on the main floor-if your group isn’t trying to avoid disturbing overtired toddlers at bedtime then it probably won’t bother anyone.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

We spent three nights at the cabin and had a great time. It snowed on one of the days we were there and we had such a great view from the front porch watching the snow come down. We also enjoyed a nice walk on the property trudging through the snow.Thank you Shane for sharing your cabin!

Annual MLK weekend getaway.

We stayed at this cabin last year, and the kids wanted to go back. There was plenty of room for 3 families and me, Grandma. The kitchen was large and fully equiped as we took turns cooking meals.

Nice getaway

The property was remote and spacious. Loved the location. It would have been helpful to know we needed to purchase wood on the property if we wanted to have an indoor fire so we could have brought cash or check but we made it work. Thanks for a wonderful place to get away to
