It was dirty. Smelled of cigarette smoke badly in the room. The room was dirty. The beds were gross. The bathroom was dirty. The shower didn’t have hot water. All in all it was gross

All in all, the stay was nice. The property could do with an update. Our room was kind of dusty and there were crumbs of some sort sitting in the sink. The pool was a bit too cool for my liking, and I think others that had used the pool would agree. Also, it was very heavily chlorinated. To the point it was irritating the eyes even just after walking in the pool area. But as a place to rest while taking on the eclipse, it was a good choice.

Property needs some renovations. Almost canceled reservation because the property looked so worn down. The walls between rooms are paper thin. Fortunately we had neighbors who were quieter. The rooms were clean,comfortable, and well-stocked. Heat/AC were easy to adjust. All employees we met were very nice. Really appreciated the friendly check-in and great housekeeping.

it was a wonderful weekend at this hotel the pool was amazing (minus the medical emergency that took place with a lady almost drowning in the hot tub) but the Jacuzzi in my room was very nice also

I was wondering if we need to book the wheelchair accessible rooms to get a toilet that is a normal size. For my husband and I are able bearing but we have trouble bending down so far and this is the second time we’ve stayed with you, so I feel this must be custom for all your room.

The room was updated but still dirty. Not enough towels and the soaps were left over from another guest (s). Gross! We came for the pool. It was okay but definitely could have been cleaner. Breakfast wasn't great either. Coffee was gone at 7am. The meat and eggs looked gross. Heard a lot of other people staying complaining about their rooms. Wouldn't recommend and wont be back.

The heating unit in our room was unbearably noisy. While the staff is polite, nice, and very welcoming, Wyndam Hotels member services is horrible.

The lobby area looked newly remodel, but our room had dirty carpet, and the toilet leaked water every time you flushed. One thing that truly disappointed me was that they added an additional $10 on my bill saying it was for " incidentals" in case anything was broken, which it wasn't . She also wanted me to agree to a $25 additional charge for a pet, but we didn't have a pet with us so I refused to sign that.

Overall the hotel was pretty dirty and the staff seemed miserable. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we didn’t end up using them. It could use some renovations and a good clean, probably wouldn’t come back if I was in the area but Walmart being right there was convenient and the bed was comfortable.
