The room was poorly cleaned. There were holes in the comforter and mouse dropping in one of the two beds in the room. The fridge still had food in it from the previous guest. Also, the room had an awful smell.

There was a smell in the room and I was bitten by bed bugs!

There were people getting high everywhere! The rooms are all to be non smoking, but our room SMELLED bad!!! There was a huge fight in the room next to ours. I’m not a picky person at all!!! This was gross and unacceptable. There were cigarette burns in the comforter, the battery was dead in the smoke detector and we went to the desk and they gave us batteries to change it so it would stop squawking. The bathroom was dirty and again... the smell! We were in town for a BBall game and just really needed somewhere to sleep. It was difficult with the stench, brawling, and uncomfortable bed and pillows. Don’t be cheap like us, spend $40 extra bucks and stay at the Holiday Inn Express!

Was supposed to get non smoking. My room smelleled like a campfire that was just put out with water. Room next to me was playing loud music until 1am.

Will never book again

I booked a room at this hotel for my 20-year old daughter who was driving from Kansas City to Ithaca, NY to return to college from her winter break. This was a midway stop for her to spend the night. The staff at this hotel turned my daughter away at 1:30AM and would not allow her to check in because she was not 21. (By the way, she turns 21 in 6 months) Luckily, she was able to find a Courtyard by Marriott in the same area. It is completely unacceptable to place someone's safety at risk due to an arbitrary age limit. I think common sense should have prevailed in this instance. I will only be dealing with more professionally operated brands in the future.

Well...It's A Place To Stay

Pros: Nothing, really. I can't think of anything.
Cons: The shower was a little broken. Maybe clean the rooms a bit better?
Location: There was a Tim Horton's, and Dayton just a few miles away. Nothing too great though.
Not great. The room was not very clean. Housekeeping tried to come in even though we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging. Dayton is nearby, but really even that wasn't anything to make this room great. Don't be fooled by the pictures, our room looked nothing like that. This looked like a place where people would randomly live, and do unscrupulous things while they did. The fire alarm kept going off randomly.

Updated and clean

Location: Right next to quite a few restaurants. Next door to bob evans for breakfast.
Room 202 is fully updated and clean. The in wall air conditioner was very quite. Much nicer than hotels double the price. Minor stains from spills on the carpet but nothing excessive.
