The gentleman named Tim that checked us in was Phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure everything was we needed was handled. Only complaint is the pool being cold but we stay all over the US in HIE Hotels and they're all the cold, other than that everything was fantastic.

Room was very nice and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was relatively empty so very quiet. Only complaint was way too much chlorine/chemicals in the pool and absolutely no clean towels in the pool area. My kids used the gym and said it was nicely appointed. Breakfast was very good—bacon nice and crispy and the pancake machine was easy to use.

Nice hotel. I would stay again. We requested a room with double beds, but when we got in the room it was a king. We didn’t call downstairs we just kept the king because the bed was huge. Staff was nice and the bathroom and room was really clean.

Typical IHG hotel. Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was exceptionally good compared to many other IHG hotels I have stayed at. Fresh hot breakfast items kept coming, didn't run out like some other hotels. The pancakes were amazing. The southern inspired biscuits and sausage gravy were also a yummy option. Stayed while visiting the USAF museum in Dayton. I'd stay here on my next trip for sure.
