Well the hot water did not work on the 1st floor and the kids on the 4th floor made soooo much noise that we couldn’t sleep! The staff did offer to move us to another room which would have been the 2nd time moving, but it was my last night there so I stayed and left early that next morning.

The first room we checked into smelled musty and the air did not work. We called the front desk and they moved us to another room immediately. The pool was surprisingly deep- as a hotel that prides itself bring family friendly I was surprised how deep the water was. My 5 year old son could not even stand on the shallowest part. There were other kids around my kids’ height and they all had to be carried by the parents. The breakfast was excellent.

Our room wasn’t ready, the receptionist was very apologetic. We went to get something to eat and when we came back the room was ready. My wife absolutely loved the pillows. There was a nice breakfast provided in the morning, we did not try it because we wanted to get on the road.

We stayed in the multiple bedroom on our way down to Nashville. It was very spacious very clean. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Have absolutely no complaints and I would stay here again. They also select a guest to be guest of the day which I was and it just added something a little special to the trip. Received a little bag with a bottle of water, a bag of chips and a certificate.

The property isn’t all that old, but it hasn’t been well maintained - cracked tiles, a missing lamp shade, a profoundly over chlorinated pool, et cetera. There was rarely anyone at the front desk, and when I finally did encounter someone and asked for more towels, they said they were out. All this pales in comparison, however, to the fact that our second evening, there was no hot water!!!
