Very quiet. Not many people staying there. Lobby doors unlocked after midnight, no key needed to enter. No one up front at the desk but in the back area. Room window stuck open an inch or two. One man loitering at end of hall one time.

The receptionist whom I am not sure if she was one since she did not have a name tag and she looked like one of cleaning staff was rude. She did not explain anything such as time for breakfast or internet password. I Handed her my ID and she threw the room key on the desk. It seemed she hated being there. Kids running at 5 am in the hallway, not able to rest. No cups for coffee, nothing to eat, breakfast was included.

We did not actually stay at this property because they had overbooked us and at least 2 other families. The place smelled like weed and the desk clerk was unapologetic about not having the room that we had an Expedia confirmation for. Expedia was great and offered assistance and complimentary services. This property should not be on Expedia at all.

This property was horrible. When we arrived late night with a reservation, the front desk attendant said they weren’t sure if there was a room and if so, it probably wasn’t clean. She went up to check and it was “clean.” She handed us two blankets as there weren’t any in the room. Once finally got into the room it was very dirty- windowsill was atrocious, dust all over the desk chair and hair in the bsthtub. I would never recommend this place or stay again!!!

The price was right. Do not get a room on the back of the hotel as 1-75 will keep you awake. In the room, relatively clean however there were crumbs on the floor and window ledge. Both drains were very slow in bathroom. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee, no milk with packaged muffins, packaged oatmeal, and granola bars. Some employee tried to enter our room at 7:50 a.m. There were no “do not disturb” signs available for our use. No recommendations.

Can’t Say I’ll Be Back…

The details on the app stated this hotel had a “Free Breakfast”, which the property then had notation that it was a “grab n go” breakfast. It was just a shelf with coffee and tea. The room did not have the typical mini packets of shampoo, conditioner, etc. There was only 1 bar of soap provided and the toilet paper was nearing the end of the roll with no replacements in the room. There were ants in various places within the room as well. Also, only sheets lined the bed, there was no actual blanket provided in the room. The halls smelled of marijuana, though all rooms were advertised as non-smoking. The side door entrance had a card access that had been broken and was unlocked with no security precautions to be seen.
