Hotel was noisy someone stomping on floor above day and night. Requested maid service and it never came. Was happy to leave. Have stayed at hotel before but it has gone down, will not stay again.

We went here last year and it was ok Decide to go back and visit family and this place was horrible They gave usthe key cards and we went up stairs and there was someone in the there taking a shower now if it was that easy for us to walk in on someone the same could happen to us, the lady at the desk didn't even know anyone was in there then she had to find another room so we asked her could we still get a single bed she lied and stated they didn't have anymore we said fine, come to find out they did have one after 30 minutes of waiting because they dont do refunds, while we was waiting a guest came down and complained about ants in his room, SMH WE Got a room and went upstairs the elevator look like there was blood on the doors the carpet smelled it was dog food on the floor with wet towels, they did not have internet, no ice omg i could go on the only thig good was theyhadhot water I will never go back me and my famliy was so disgusted 😪

We pre booked here months prior but When I arrived we were given a room key of someone else’s room when we opened the door someone was in the shower cause I could hear it running and all of their things all over the room so I left our immediately. And returned to the lobby where I told the clerk that she had given me keys to someone room and how that the room was occupied and how could a mistake like that even be made anything could have happened in that moment if the people inside had seen us come in so I was shook and upset by that because that was crazy in it self and could have gotten me or my family hurt so I asked her for another room to which at first she said she didn’t have one until I gave you guys a call to tell you all what was going on but then she said she had a room but when we got into the room the room had a smell like someone had just freshly left from inside out towels were all on the floor but 2 and they were stained we went back to talk to the clerk again and she told us that we would be getting a discount upon check out we would be receive our receipt and be refunded and that we would only be paying 89 dollars for our complete stay so we thought that we were taken care of to only be given back 90dollars I didn’t take any photo because I felt like everything would have been taken care of at checkout but it wasn’t and now I feel crazy because I didn’t it was so bad I don’t ever wanna stay again

The beds were fine. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived, and no phone. Not even a phone number on the wall. I googled the hotel to call for toilet paper. The room and especially the bathroom smelled like smoke.

The beds were clean. The rest of the room was run down. No door handle on the bathroom. The curtains would not close. The closet shelves were falling down. The room smelled bad. The furniture was old.
