Best bang for your buck in the entire area. Safe location in close proximity to Xenia, Beavercreek and Dayton. They allow pets and there’s even a sports bar attached to the facility.

The basin was old and dirty and needs to change badly along with the counter top. There is no soap offered at the hotel and I had to use the soap dispensers which were very were dirty. There is no handle to hold on to when coming out of the shower. The toilet and tub were acceptable. You can see the age of the ceilings of the bedroom which needs painting to hide the imperfections.

The room is perfect for the person that prefers your standard, safe, bare minimum hotel. For me, I’m just looking for a clean bed and a few good TV channels, this was that. My only complaint was a noisy dog barking until 1am but you can’t predict that. The towels were fresh white, the shower got hot, the AC worked perfectly and was loud enough for some white noise to fall asleep to, paired with some football games and it was an ideal night. If you want amenities, and a whole shebang then go elsewhere. We loved that you were practically on the Air Force base and could see the static display of jets from the parking lot.

Had a very pleasant stay, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. Located immediately next to the AFB, so very convenient if visiting. 10/10 would return and recommend.

My stay at this property was wonderful. In addition to the courteous staff, the room itself was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and even though I was close to the elevator, I did not hear one sound. It was wonderful.

we pulled up in the parking lot was jammed full and it felt like we were at a pimp convention. Quick check in, room was OK. Bed was decent, period for the price. I guess it was what it was.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The only issue with this room was the VERY Strong Odor of animal urine. If you are to allow animals in the rooms, those rooms should be properly inspected and deodorized after each stay. This obviously was not dine in this room. One suggestion for rooms that animals are allowed to stays is to remove the carpet and replace with vinyl flooring.
