Everything was great other than the gym was not verry big. Would of liked a hot tub in the pool room. The rooms were amazing. Staff was perfect. Complimentary breakfast was great i had scrambled eggs, sausage, apple juice, and an apple. The coffee was pretty good as well. Was a great stay would definitely come back if in the area, as i was traveling through.

Shy the front desk clerk made just a regular stay into a great stay. She was welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and informative. She really personalized the stay. The day maid was also very friendly & worked hard. Overall staff was good-with Shy being the standout desk clerk.

Excellent hotel Great room, bed, shower, closet, you name my favorite stay. The breakfast is A++. There is only 1 problem. Staff. The front desk woman are absolutely not supposed to be in customer service. Rude, horrible attitude, not helpful at ALL. I would terminate every on of them. Get passed the front desk and your good It's gteat

For the cost of the rooms the cleanliness was sub par, the continental breakfast was lacking. There was very little seating area and the chairs did not fit heavier individuals and were uncomfortable. My room key quit working. The room was either too cold or too warm. Housekeeping knocked before we left the room. Should have a list of when people leave to then clean the room not while they are still there. Not impressed at all. Asked for recommendations on where to eat but front desk was too busy chatting with colleagues to give any type of response other than where she was about to eat.
