We came with our granddaughter for the weekend. Check in was easy and all the staff was very nice. I had asked for a room on an upper floor and they put us on the top floor, which is what I wanted. The room and bathroom were very clean. We have stayed in this area of Dayton before but could not get a room at our regular hotel. I was very pleased with this one and would definitely stay again.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Non smoking rooms that smelled of smoke, filthy bathroom, bathroom ceiling crumbling and moldy. Noisy construction noise woke me up both Saturday and Sunday around 8am each day. Dirty unkept facility overall. Parking was redicoulous, outdated, torn fixtures and furniture in bedroom. I wouldn't have anyone stay here until it was completely remodeled and cleaned/sanitized. I will be requesting a credit on this stay as it was very misleading from Travelocity recommendations/website. An overall filthy hotel.

The energy of the staff was really unwelcoming. I would have stayed longer but I didn't feel welcomed in any capacity.

nice hotel, close to activity, safe neighborhood

Pros: clean . Nice small features (bath rails)
Cons: There was no hot water,offer three differing size pillows, expand breakfast area i waited till 955 to eat.

Breakfast?

Pros: location
Cons: completely change out the food distributor for your products.
Location: We ate at the near by McDonalds for breakfast!
The breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were full of water. The pastries were dry. Only thing good was the coffee. There were were fruit flies on the food? I was not happy! Tim
