This was a decent hotel 3 years ago. We arrived at 8 on Thursday night. The man working the desk spoke broken English ( at best ) and handed me a pink highlighter to sign in with. That was a first! We went to eat and came back about an hour later. When we opened the room door we were greeted with an overwhelming mildew stench!!! The fixtures and bed were worn. The carpet was soaking wet ( hence the mildew smell). There were 2 what looked liked hand towels in the bathroom. No other towels, and no toiletries. The air conditioner sounded like it was on its last leg. The fan was stuck on low and it was not cooling. The refrigerator did not work. Of the ice machines in the hotel one did not work and the other one appeared to be disconnected and looked like junk. We decided that there was no way in hell we were staying in this place so we closed up the room and proceeded to take the key back. Once we got outside we got a closer look at the outside. The second floor rail above our room had collapsed along with most of the second floor rail on that side of the hotel. There were wires hanging. An upper floor window was completely knocked out and covered with plastic. Several sections of fascia had come loose exposing the frame underneath. There was red and yellow caution tape draped all over!! There was a van seat in the workout room! I attempted to get a refund and was very rudely told that we had to ask for a refund within 5 minutes of checking in!!!

What was unique is that it was on the top of the page on Travelocity. The place was a dump the bedsheets didn’t fit , the shower water didn’t go down, shower rod bent down and no towels

Very nice lobby to chill very early in morning while kids slept. Decent breakfast for free. Nice enjoyable staff. Very good deal!!

Had to wait an extra hour to check in. Was charge extra with room from what I reserved and front desk looked like he didn’t have a care in the world

The property is supposedly under construction. I was a bit put offby the outdoorhalways and the fact that all security doors were propped open the entire. Stay. Some one or some thing had taken a dump on the side stairway. That being said, the room was adequate and breakfastwasgood. Proximity and shuttle to airport coupled with price made the other things less of a problem. Its also close to lots of resturaunts. If i had been staying longer i would have brought other concerns to staffs attention.

Gross

I have never had as gross an experience at a hotel - the Roach in our Bathroom on day two in the AM summed up the stay- Nasty!! The people working here seemed nice but that was did not cut it when we never had any maid service - despite a specific request for maid to clean on day 2 . This even when we left the room at 7AM only to return at 11PM to a dirty room. Never cleaned room day 2... this was need as we Came in to musty smelly damp rug- in day 1 so exhausted from a day out just fell asleep despite the overall Gross room. Worst hotel experience- almost Third world. Asked for fresh towels and linens never honored. No closet in room. No counter in a really old ugly bathroom where I dreaded stepping without socks or shoes. Nasty should be white but we're yellow curtains afraid to touch. Couldn't wait to leave. Never again Gross...........

Hard working and cheerful staff

The staff here are working hard to be the best, this is evident in all their efforts. It is an older property but i would stay again. The breakfast was excellent.
