Only one person at the desk at check-in (several people waiting to check-in), Had a room for two night but had to recode key everyday, swimming pool ladders (2) were broken, the facility is a maze.

Hotel certainly not as advertised or expected!

We investigated and booked this hotel based on information presented on Travelicity website. We were very very disappointed when we arrived and inspected the hotel. Certainly far less than we expected and in very very poor condition. Should have been listed as 1 star!

Definitely Due for Rehab

Booked 2 rooms. Left one night early because of unpleasant experience. One room leaked water from ceiling and moved to another that provided bedbug bites. The second booked room was dirty and stained. Most of the vending machines were broken. Keys lost magnetism almost immediately. I could go on....Find another motel, until they make drastic changes.

The room was dirty and in poor condition, the TV did not work, nor did the coffee pot. No answer when calling desk x 3. Halls very noisy. Desk not manned in morning for checkout.

Not good

Pros: The sheets were clean
Our light in the bathroom did not work most of the time. We told the staff 5 times and it was never fixed. The bathroom had mold on the wall and the wall paper was peeling off.

Creepy feeling in middle of night. Looked under pillow and found bed bug. Took a photo but this site is not allowing me to upload.

The hotel was OK if you are spending all your time somewhere else!

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet
The room was comfortable enough, but had a musty smell. We could not use the indoor pool because the aircontidoning was out in that part of the building. The location was quite close to a major freeway, and was used by a lot of long-haul truckers. This did not cause us any inconvenience except that that the parking lot was sometimes full of large rigs.

Fair value for the money

Pros: Free Internet, right off the highway
Cons: Noisy, no breakfast
Fair value for the money but note: breakfast not included. And: it is a conference center and has a large pool/gathering area that is clearly audible from many rooms, including muzak type music. OK for us since we arrived late at night but definitely an issue if you want quiet during the day , starting from fairly early in the morning on Sunday and presumably every other day.
