I'm sure we're a handful but we also pack the hotel. The small store in front used to be a Starbucks, was now changed something unfamiliar. The elevator broke during the stay, they were quick to fix it. And lastly, Feb 27 was my stay. I'm still waiting for my charge of $100 to be refunded. "
