3 bedroom 1 bathroom full apartment dog friendly large yard with dog kennel. Less than 10 minutes from UConn, hour 1/2 do NY 1 hr to Boston 40 min tk Casino. Comfy clean everything you need. Full kitchen .

We do have large dogs and live upstairs so although they do settle in the evening you might hear some bumps and movement.

Great place and nice people!
The place is very comfortable. It's the ground floor of an older, large farmhouse and has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen & a bunk bed), 1 bathroom, 2 TVs, lots of cards and board games! The young couple who own the house live upstairs and are very nice and helpful, too. They have dogs and it was remarkably quiet despite them being right up stairs. They also have chickens and roosters! We brough our dogs, too. They have a large unfenced yard but do have a large penned area for the dogs.

UCONN Weekend
The property was just as advertised & the location was close to UCONN campus. Katelynn communicated everything perfectly which made for a simple check-in & checkout. My K9 work partner was welcomed which was an added bonus. We will definitely look to stay there on future visits!

One night stay
I stayed in the first floor of the house. It was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful at all times. The chickens in the backyard were a delight to watch. I was even given a yummy bowl of soup when I was starved and hadn't had time to get to the grocery store. Fresh eggs as well from the chickens! I was made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay there.
