Out of the box service. Reception was always crowded & took time to clear the guests. Security not consistent cos there was a strange lady who wanted to go upstairs but didn’t seem to be a guest. I refused to tap my card to give her access. There was no security checking on her.. May need to employ more chamber staff cos though I didn’t expect daily room cleaning, some stuff were not tidied considering I did some packing up each morning."
