The location is excellent, situated directly next to the metro and Notre Dame Cathedral. However, this also means experiencing noise from the metro and the surrounding area, making it difficult to open the windows for fresh air. The shower was highly problematic, spraying water uncontrollably each time it was turned on, and the bathtub’s design was impractical, causing water to spill everywhere. Additionally, the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. Housekeeping services were lacking, as we had to request towels even after our room had been “cleaned.” Parking was also inconvenient; despite being advertised as “nearby,” it was actually a seven-minute walk away due to construction closures. Moreover, we were not informed in advance that we needed to purchase a parking ticket through the hotel before arrival. As a result, we had to walk to the parking area in the rain with our luggage, only to return to the hotel to pay an additional fee of over €9 for the time spent checking in—then walk back once more. Further adding to the frustration, the QR code provided for exiting the garage was faulty, requiring assistance from staff to leave. Check-in was inefficient, taking approximately 30 minutes. Additionally, there was no visible branding in the lobby, which left us uncertain as to whether we were in the correct location. Overall, there are numerous areas in need of improvement. While I expected some noise due to the central location, the other issues were unacceptable.

I had multiple beautiful hotels to choose from in that price point. I chose this one based on pics and the beautiful restaurant with a great chef. The hotel was old and out dated. There is no lovely outdoor dining, the area is loud and unattractive. Our bathroom sink dripped into a bucket when turned on, which was placed under it by staff. The hvac conrols were not working. The restraunt was not elegant and the food had no taste.It was worth half the price we paid.

The staff was incredibly helpful and always happy to help. Location could not be beat. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, although a bit small. Bathroom was fantastic with great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast buffet was great. All around a great stay.

Excellent location in central Paris

Wonderful staff at the reception desk! They were friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. On-going renovations had no impact on our stay. Location in central Paris is incredibly convenient to the Chatelet Metro station, many key monuments/attractions, and local area offers many dining options. Would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying at this location, which is so convenient! Easy to walk to sites in the area or as far away as the Eiffel Tower! If i return to Paris, this hotel will be on my list for accommodations. They are undergoing renovations, but it wasn't a problem at all!

The pictures online ARE NOT the hotel. The hotel is under construction and there’s a lot of construction around the area. Theres bars right outside your window plus the metro entrance. You will hear people up at all hours of the night. The first night was the worse. After flying for 15 hours we would have really appreciated a good night sleep. It was 3am and there was people outside our window breaking bottles. We informed the hotel the next morning, their response was “you’re the only one that has complaint” we heard it for the next two nights as well.
