It was great memory to stay at Hyatt Regency Paris

Arthur was very kind during check-in. Booking two nights through different sites was quite messy, but he did his best to resolve the issue, allowing us to stay in the same room. Slav at the club room was also very kind and always had a smile on his face. He is one of the reasons to visit the Hyatt Regency Étoile again.

Top notch Hotel. From check-in as soon as we arrive to check out Everything was excellent. The service was friendly, helpfully, knowledgeable. The breakfast selection was abundant. The room had a romantic view of the tower. Highly recommend and will return.

We were at the hotel for a conference so it was crowded and chaotic but we were steps away from meetings. Traffic was the worst with almost 10,000 attendees in the congress. We stayed on 21st floor and the honking was loud and clear “all day and all night”! Hotel is clean and very business-like.
