"This hotel seems to value a certain type of traveler, and we just didnt make the cut for being valued as guests here. I felt aweful here, like a pest. I was never greeted by the staff, in fact i had to initiate conversation with the front desk to obtain my room key. They just kind-of ignored me. ..."

"The gardens are beautiful and the restaurants and food are great. However, the rooms are very stuffy. The air conditioning doesnt work and the windows dont open so it makes for very uncomfortable sleeping. We have stayed here multiple times and it's always the case.
