I love this place so much！It's a new hotel just open 6 months ago so everything looks very new. The room is big and has a small living room with a sofa, a coffee table, and some cabinets for storage. House keeping every day and people work here are very nice!

Our stay was awful, the room was not ready at. 4 pm we had to wait for another 40 minutes to get the room, then we got a room with no windows, I suffer from claustrophobia and I was told another room would cost me extra, so I decided to just stay there. Then there was a power outage and you can imagine how terrifying it was to be in total darkness for about 10 minutes, this was a nightmare for me, would not recommend.

Room was spotless. Amenities were good. Staff was courteous. Walkable distance to lots of businesses. Food, desserts etc. No free parking, since its in the center of old sanjuan you have to walk and find street parking. Lots of traffic, tiny roads.

The hotel was very clean. It was in a good location. I was disappointed that we stayed in a room without a window. It was not communicated clearly to us that we would be in a room without a window. The cleaning people also left our door open when we were gone.

The room is clean and well managed even though the amenities are basic. The staff are very friendly and always want to help out. I will stay at Hotel Milano again when I visit Puetro Rico.

Hotel Milano is in a nice area of Old San Juan and convenient to the pier pre- or post-cruise. There aren’t any extra amenities that would justify the added fee you need to pay directly to the hotel. Our room was comfortable but the temperature of the shower definitely needed to be hotter.
