I didn’t receive any VIP Benefits however I rated it highly for other reasons. First the beds and bedding are wonderful! I slept so good because of that and the temp control allowed for cool sleeping which I need. The bathroom shower was good pressure and lots of hot water. They offer free happy hour which I didn’t take advantage of but is nice they offer. Overall great stay and very convenient to walk to many attractions in area!

stayed at this property for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The amenities were amazing, and the staff was incredibly efficient and welcoming. Hotel was very clean and in a great location. Within walking distance to Fisherman's wharf/Ghirardelli square, half a block from the F Streetcar, and very close to bus stops to go anywhere in the city. Free coffee in the morning and free glass of wine in the afternoon. Highly recommended if interested in seeing Fisherman's wharf area.
